Yes. Unless explicitly stated, all products you purchase on our website are brand new, factory-sealed, and under manufacturer warranty.

Yes. Upon request, we can provide multiple copies of commercial invoices, harmonized system codes (HS Code), certificates of quality, etc. You just need to send us an email for request to [email protected].

You can always use a verified Paypal account or wire transfer for payments.If you don’t have a paypal account but would like to pay for the order via credit card directly,you could choose the second option when you enter the paypal payment website.The title of it is ‘Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit’.By entering the info of your card,you could feel free to pay for your order and get security business.

Orders generally ship within 2-7 business day providing stock is available while it is 15-25 business days if stock is out (we will contact you for this case and discuss if you will keep order or get a refund). You could contact us to confirm the handling time before putting order. You will receive an order confirmation, via email, shortly after your order has been placed. Please note this is not a shipping notice but we will email you a second time with a shipping notice/invoice to let you know that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We invite you to log into your account online anytime to view the status of all of your orders.

Orders that have incomplete or invalid shipping address may be delayed. COFIK will attempt to contact customer for an update on the shipping address. Orders that require manual billing or shipping address verification will be delayed until proper billing confirmation document is provided.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this won’t always be the same day as your order. Please allow up to 10-20 business days for delivery time. All of our orders are shipped via standard shipping method. Delivery times typically range between 10 – 20 business days.

We ship all parcel via air mail parcel world wide, customer from most of the global area could purchase items directly from our site and the shipping charge will be calculated on the checking out process. But customs and duties vary from country to country. Any duty or custom fee charged by the custom office will be the responsibility of the customers.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customers.

Cancel Your Order Before Payment

If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven’t paid, don’t worry, we’re not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order.

If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Change Your Order After Payment

If you have already paid for your order and wish to change, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Note: If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you cancel an order full refunds are available.

No, they are not free. You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to COFIK by Bank Transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay (via OUR). For example, if you are paying for an COFIK order of $500, and the bank will charge $10 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $510. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $490 and we won’t be able to send your full order. Thank you!

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. In this case of COFIK, it means the products and their package coming with no logo, especially it means no retail model number on Hikvision products.

OEM hardware usually is packaged for distribution to companies who build systems. These companies are the original equipment manufacturers. This is why OEM products are usually sold in a generic box or wrapper instead of retail packaging. Comparing the same model on our site, the OEM product is 5% less than the branded one with logo and retail box.

COFIK is the first main tech supporter that is in charge of warranty and tech questions, not the local distributor, like Dahua USA or Hikvision USA, no matter the brand ones or OEM ones we have on sale. You should call or mail to use firstly if any problem happens during the operation of the security products.

The main advantage of the OEM or brand ones we have is the price, that is much more easy to check on internet.
